Google Calendar Integration for Miami Aesthetics
Google Calendar + Rita

Your calendar knows the time. Rita knows what to do with it.

Rita listens to the caller, applies your booking rules, checks the authorized provider calendar and offers a real opening—without making your team change scheduling tools.

Scheduling that sounds human

Available times become part of the conversation.

Instead of dropping a generic calendar link, Rita can read back the right openings while the caller is still engaged. Event creation depends on the calendar access you authorize and the workflow we test before launch.

01Find the correct calendarRoute by provider, location or appointment type.
02Protect busy timeRespect events, blocks, buffers and time zones.
03Confirm the next stepCreate an event where authorized or send the approved path.

What your practice gains

Keep your calendars. Let Rita read them.

Which of these apply to your account depends on your plan, permissions and configuration. We confirm each one after testing on your own system, not before.

What the calendar cannot supply is judgment. Google Calendar does not know your service menu, your eligibility rules, your deposits or which appointment a first-time tox caller belongs in. That comes from your Rita configuration.

Division of labor

Two sources, two jobs.

Google Calendar supplies
The scheduling data
1 Events on the calendars you authorize
2 Free-busy windows for those calendars
3 The ability to create an event with authorized access
4 Time-zone context for the calendar itself
→ When someone is actually free
Your Rita configuration supplies
The practice logic
1 Which service or consultation the caller is eligible for
2 How long each appointment type needs
3 Deposits, cards on file and cancellation policy wording
4 Escalation rules and what Rita must never answer
→ What should be booked, and for whom

The lookup, step by step

How the caller gets a real time without waiting for your desk.

Each step runs while the caller is still on the line. Where a step is not authorized on your account, Rita falls back to the behavior you approved.

Google Calendar may fit when…

It is a strong option for practices whose scheduling genuinely lives in Google, and a weak one for practices whose service rules live in a dedicated booking product.

Your providers already keep their working schedule in Google Calendar
Appointment types are simple enough to express as duration plus provider
You are comfortable authorizing access to specific calendars
You want conflict-aware times read out loud on the call, not a link and a hope
You do not need a booking product’s intake forms, deposits or service catalog at the moment of booking

Before launch

What we test on your account.

Authorization and calendar ownership differ in every practice. A shared front desk calendar behaves differently from six individual provider calendars. None of it is assumed.

01 OAuth authorization scope, and exactly which calendars it covers
02 Calendar ownership and access: who owns each calendar and who can write to it
03 Free-busy accuracy against known events, including all-day and recurring entries
04 Event fields Rita writes: title, description, attendee handling and location
05 Time-zone behavior across America/New_York, including daylight-saving transitions
06 Cancellations and reschedules made after the call
07 Fallback behavior if the calendar is unreachable mid-call

Where the calendar ends and Rita begins

Your booking rules stay yours, not the calendar's.

A calendar knows when a provider is free. It does not know that a first time caller needs a consultation, that a treatment needs a double slot, or how your practice explains a deposit. Those live in Rita's configuration, not in the calendar.
